"I have ordered a couple of times from BTR. Each time I was very satisfied and the short amount of time that it took till I got the order was wonderful. They were dead - on with their predictions of the parcel arrival.
My merchandise was always top notch/great quality for what you pay for.

"-I was happy with the product I received this time, but with other items I've ordered from BTR, it's hit or miss, because sometimes you're missing key information like size/measurements, whether the item is see-through, whether the colour in the picture is an accurate reflection of the colour in real life, etc.
-One of the difficulties in ordering from BTR is that you don't know when the product is going to arrive (sometimes 3 weeks, sometimes delayed several weeks) so you have to order way in advance for things you want down the road
-The shipping price is high compared to other retailers, which defeats the purpose of getting an item on sale
-Also, free returns like some retailers offer, would be a better way to do business
-More items in smaller sizes would be great (0, XXS)
-It would be nice to have a way to differentiate between new products and ones that have appeared on the site before, so I don't have to scroll through 15 pages of dresses that I've seen before trying to pick out what's new
-Overall, I would recommend this site to a friend but I would caution them about the above concerns
-They have great customer service and will call you and offer store credit if something goes wrong with your order"
