"I have had wonderful experiences with BTR. One thing I find takes time is getting the credit owed to me back into my account. I understand there is a process but perhaps there is a way to make this happen in a quicker manner.
I go on BTR practically every day, so I would appreciate being able to use my credit as soon as the goods I return are scanned in upon receipt of your warehouse.
Sometimes products ordered are slow to ship and on a couple of occasions products ordered became unavailable."
