I ordered a camera which was not delivered.
When I called the BV, they wanted me to contact UPS. UPS required a police report so I went thru all the hassle and got them a police report. I faxed them, emailed them, called them, but i have been ignored. It has been almost 4 months, I still did not get the refund.
AVOID BIGVALUEINC AT ALL COST. Not worth it. Customer service sucks."
"My dissatisfaction with the service provided by BigValueInc.com exists on many levels.
First, I was contacted about an hour after receiving my shipment that you were not sending me what was clearly defined in the eBay listing.
Second, the several attempts I made to contact the company about possible solutions to remedy the situation were ignored.
Third, I feel that all of my correspondence to your company was not read carefully as many of my questions or requests were either ignored or responded to in a way that did not provide any meaningful detail. This made me think you do not take customer service seriously when a customer is unhappy.
Fourth, due to your mistake in listing a product other than what you delivered, I had to return the item at my own cost of $20.37. When I contacted Customer Service through eBay about this, the response was, "A return shipping label was provided for you by email." This never occurred; and again when I asked when and where this took place in any previous correspondence, my question was ignored.
Fifth, in my attempts to call the company with the phone number provided, the number was "temporarily unavailable."

"the bigvalueinc.com is a dishonest corporation. I placed an order at Nov.27th, I paid through paypal and paid the money. I had received the information of transaction from both ebay and bigvaluein. they even had shipped the kit. then two days later, then intercepted the shipping and cancelled the transaction without my permission, this give me a big loss, because i missed the chance of cyber Monday discount. "Ordered a Nikon D3100 package on 11/27/2012. Got an email on 11/29 saying the order was being processed. Got another on 11/29 saying that there was a mistake in the listing and big value would not honor the listing, but had already shipped a LESSER package but no price difference. I emailed back saying that they should honor the listing. I got NO response. But I tracked the package and saw where you intercepted the package in transit without informing me. I sent email asking for refund since the package was successfully intercepted. NO RESPONSE from you. Sent several other emails of concern, most of them to Regina but some to customer service link, still no response.I also tried your 1-866 # said it was unavailable. You had the package back in hand on 12/7 at 9:15am. I asked again for my refund. No response. Finally on 12/12 after anothert email begging for a refund an ELECTRONIC email was sent saying that I had been refunded. I understand mistakes and that procedures must be followed for refunds, but there is no excuse for lack of communication, 13 DAYS and no communication, when I was begging for it. This was over $500 which is a lot of money to me and you refused to tell me whether I was going to be getting it back or not. I've had over 300 transactions on EBAY and this was the worst. "
"The service was very good and I am very happy with my 50mm F1.8 lens! my only issue is that it is supposed to be a brand new lens and it did not come with a factory warrenty! All of my other lens' that I bought new came with a factory warrenty! also I was sent more stuff from a warrenty co. to purchase a warrenty for an extra $17, If I had known before I ordered the lens, I could have waited an extra 2 weeks and ordered it from china with a factory warrenty!! But now I know for next time that buying American is not always the best way to go and THIS IS WHY people will spend their money on a product from china than the USA because they are grateful for your money and do everything they can do to show their appreciation!!!"

"I had a terrible experience with BigValue. I purchased a Cannon Rebel T4i and also a bag, lens cover, and a 3 piece lens set. The discounted price that said "add the items below for additional savings" did not work so I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund. After getting a response from 4 different people and basically all of them telling me there is nothing that could be done. So I called the 800 number and after hours on the phone waiting and 4 calls over a week period I was issued a refund in the wrong amount. The camera arrived 4 days after the promised arrival date and I paid more than what I was supposed to have. I left negative feedback and will never purchase or recommend doing business with BigValue."
"Bought a new Canon 24-105mm from BigValueInc. The product was shipped on time, arrived in perfect condition and packed well. It was a white box item that was part of a package and sold seperately and that fact was fully explained in their ad.
Had some concerns after reading some of the bad reviews on EBay but my experience was very good."

"The company carries the cheapest item in the world which are genuine. They are honest telling the customer what to expect like camera with US warranty or without warranty. One thing I would suggest to improve is adding more employees during pick season. I read all the negative feedback and 95% is complaining about slow process and delivery time. Easy fix by creating a couple of new positions. The customer service is one of the best. Prompt response and professional. So in order to get 100% positive feedback fix the shipping time and be honest when the item is going to be shipped.
