I had trouble getting it because Fed Ex was instructed not to allow a digital signature so they couldn't leave it for me (I'm at work during the day) and they were also blocked from holding it at a Fed Ex site near me. So I had to wait until they made 3 attempts to deliver it and then drive to a Fed Ex office much farther from me to pick it up. I would like to suggest you lift these restrictions.
