After ordering my camera it went on sale within hours before the merchandise was shipped, I was unable to reach them by phone and sent an email which wasn't answered for a couple of days due to weekend. They refused to give me the lower price even though it was before they shipped my merchandise. I emailed several times but only received emails signed with someone's first name, no title. I specifically asked to be referred to management but was not. I've contacted PayPal to see if I could get a partial price match but haven't heard anything from them. My recommendation is not to do business or know that you're taking your chances, their prices are constantly changing and you'll be stuck if the price goes down within hours. "Surprise you asked for my review, here is what I have to say, purchased camera from Big Value biggest mistake, camera was on sale for one day, I purchased, then they told me that camera was shipped, bigger lie, after couple of day find out that camera was not shipped, upon my request they shipped it and few days later findout that they shipped at wrong address, when I told them they told me that they will intercept the shipment but will not ship to me again because this item was on sale for just one day, they will ship me another camera if I want to pay regulare price. I think they advertiese the camera just to draw customer but intentionally didn't wanted to ship. I will not buy any item from this vendor ever again, I am planning to report their activity to BBB."
