"My experience with Bigfoot Computers was nothing short of excellent all around. I ordered 4 items on Thursday night. One of the items was out of stock. I was contacted on Friday regarding what I wanted to do with the rest of my order (ie. have it shipped separately, etc.). I sent back a reply (opting to ship the in stock items immediately, and the rest when it arrived at the store), and I got a response within 10 minutes. The order was shipped Friday afternoon, and was recieved Monday around 1pm. I immediately opened the package, and found everything to be packed well, and in working order. I realised then that I had forgot to something else (a fan extension cable), and contacted Bigfoot. They had no problem with adding it on to the remainder of my order, and I am currently awaiting the out of stock part (their estimate was 7-10 days, it has been 4, so no worries).

I am extremely satisfied with the way Bigfoot has helped me, and I dont' hesitate at all to recommend them. Their selection of products is excellent (and they are more than open to suggestions of new ones), their shipping is great, and their staff and service is the best I have seen from any online retailer."

I order many things from Bigfoot Computers and have never had an issue. The one time I received something defective it was replaced so I really have no complaints. My last order was a meanwell 320watts Peltier Power Supply.
I have no received it yet but have received a tracking email and I am tracking the package.
If things proceed as usual I should get my package tomorrow.

Very good company.. prices could be better but then again the margin of profit is VERY small on hardware.
