"I ordered two Dunlop tires (D616 rear and D207 front). On the confirmation I received a note saying that the D616 would ship right away and the D207 would ship separately at a later date. I called customer service to find out how long I would have to wait and was told that the D207 was discontinued (I knew that, but thought there might be one left in stock - the website said that it was at "closeout" price and implied that it was in stock), and that I'd get the replacement TR91 soon. The next day I received the D616 at the front door; the slip said that a D207 would ship (?!). Today, to my surprise, the D207 arrived. All in all, I'm very happy with Bike Bandit's service, and was already happy with their prices. I'm converted!"

"Great selection of products and it pays to subscribe to you guys down at bike bandit. The only thing i found was when i went to order a product but had to use two credit cards, Bike Bandit kinda went in a craze. I went to the very helpful and GREAT feature of the online help, and asked what should i do, the man replied to say id have to order a gift card with one credit card wait one hour ,use with combination with the other one. Then after not recieving the email in a good hour and a half, i called only to find your company had closed. I asked one employee there and it seemed if she didnt know what in gods name to do or say so she told me i couldn't get the card tonight disregard all ive been told by anyone else, so i finally got fed up of all this witch hunting and gave up on trying to make your birthday sale. Then at 1030 my time i checked my email and there it was the card so i ordered it with the bandit bucks i earned from the card purchase (great additive by the way). I will soon be getting THE sickest helmet at a dirt cheep price, but i oddly enough all the things i liked about Bike Bandit totally out did the struggle to get the product overall great place but maybe train the night shift employee's next time :)"

1. When reviewing the order the helmet that I was purchasing did not show the size. This required me to leave the purchasing section and go back to validate that I picked the correct size.

2. When backing out of the purchase steps and returning to shopping mode. The promo code and ama info was lost when I returned to purchase the helmet."
