"Horrible processing. I ordered some OEM parts on 27 Dec and the order was still processing on 29 Dec with no response from the company (I needed the parts in a hurry for a Chistmas present repair). I did not realize that their policy was 3 to 5 days for processing and then the shipping time. Normally a business will at least process your order immediately then ship. Additionally when I cancelled the order they charged me a 20% restocking fee for an ordered that had not even been processed. "
