"I rarely say this…but the customer experience was outstanding. From the initial order, to a slight correction in wheel size that required customer service team to change to our order, to shipping communications, and ultimately, the delivery, set-up and the actual bike - we are very pleased.
The bike is for my 12 yr old son. 5'4, size adult M with 27.5 wheels.
He received the bike and put it together by himself before I came home from work. The bike fits him well, and some room to grow into it. He tinkered a bit with the suspension to get it balanced, and has been able to get after it right away on XC and jump lines. Only small adjustment issue was tightening of the dropper post cable.
Overall, he loved the look of it, and is super pumped to ride and care for it...

"I was looking to get a full suspension MTB, but was wary of high prices. I saw Polygon pop up on my Facebook wall for some time, and decided to look into it and eventually to buy Siskiu 6. It comes pretty much fully assembled - all you need is to attaching the front wheel, the handlebar and the seat. Great quality bike, no regrets! "Ordering experience was good, no problem, packaging excellent, instructions good. My issues are quality related. The components are as good or better than expected. Adjustment of components was excellent. Problem 1, the head bearings have significant slop even after tightening the head bolt fairly tight there is still excessive movement compared to other bikes I have checked, some of those were very old bikes.
Problem 2 the front wheel can be wiggled sideways with little effort about a quarter inch. The axle bolt is tight. When you grab the front brake the tire leaps to the left a quarter inch. If there is a fix for these issues I want to know about it. I have not yet attempted contacting the company."

"I’ll start by saying the T8 is a well appointed trail bike for the $$$. Ordering and delivery were prompt and assembly was easy. The bike is lovely and the small frame has excellent geometry. Everyone needs to personalize a new bike. I shortened the bars and opted for a Mimic seat. My one recommendation would be to include a 125 dropper on the small frame. The TranzX 150 is not adjustable, and at full insertion needs a minimum of a 30-31 inch inseam. Way too tall for the 5’-5’4” person for whom the bike is designed. This small change would work well along with the 27.5 wheels to make an awesome bike for short riders. "

"Not sure what to say, my wife bought me a bike on June 20th, 2022, the company website states, that it can take 5 to 7 business days to process your order, then in my case 4 extra days for shipping. Well, it has been already 10 days and the company has not even processed my order. I contacted the customer service line on June 28 and their answer was that "it will probably be process this week" well is Friday July 8th and nothing happened. The person (in customer service) that help me was very pleasant and professional... but at the end of the day the company did not stand to their well promoted efficiency and services, I hope that at least their bikes will be up to the level of quality that they market.
Send multiple mails and "if they replied" it was days after.
Tried to cancel my order multiple times and suddenly and out of the blue (after PayPal contacted them) they process my order.
Best advice, buy from some other place or your local shop. This company is no good.

"I bought a Polygon Xtrada 5 from Bikes Online and it arrived in the expected time, but without the small parts kit. So, I have no pedals, no front wheel quick connect/hub, no manual, nor tool kit. I've tried for three days to get a response from the company, but no response. I also called with no response, yesterday, and now have done online chat three times. The bike also arrived with multiple blemishes....minor, but if you're expecting your $800 bike to be perfect, you're better off not dealing with this company. And, if anything at all goes wrong with your order, expect it to take more than three days to get a response from anyone. I've been sitting here with a bike that I can't assemble for five days and it's frustrating that no one is available to help at all. Believe me, if you are unlucky enough to need warranty service, you're going to be left high and dry by this company. I'd rather buy a bike from Walmart."

"I would definitely recommend the Relic 24! Coming from Woom, Prevelo and Custom BMX builds we appreciate the aluminum frame, with the lower entry point, front suspension, disk brakes and the ability to add 26” wheels later! Our 50” 6 year old son was able to hop right on and take off.
