"Sure shipping may take a bit longer than expected, but this is worth it. My GF and I both got our mountain bikes at the same time, she got hers from REI and I got mine from bikes online. I now feel bad for her because her co-op hard tail drags **** on the trails compared to my Polygon xtrada, and the polygon was the same price as her REI co-op bike. We will be returning the Co-op hardtail asap and order her a Polygon Xtrada, proper.

"I have purchased three bikes from polygon.( Vander T7, siskiu d7 and siskiu T8). And returned one (siskiu d7). The process of buying and returning was seamless. All three bikes were as promised. The return was due to the bike geometry not being a good fit. The return process Was fast and easy. Full refund and free shipping just as promised. Return label was sent same day as requested. Sent bike off next day fedx . received refund 6 days later. The T8 is a very high quality bike. Very nice components at a very reasonable price. Very thought out component selection. The Vander T7 was also a nice bike. The price point on the Vander was better than the T8 in my opinion. However the components are not as nice. Still a good quality bike.

Placed an order for a bike, they said I will get it in 10 days, they did not ship it in two weeks, got hold of customer support once and they said the bikes are stuck at port... so they lied when they showed bike in stock on their website... now I cannot get hold of anyone to cancel my order - they do not respond on email and they do not pick up phone either (only answering machine which hangs up after navigating through the menus). Avoid."

My only other bike was a Gary Fisher Tarpon hard tail with 26"ers, which has served me well, but it's a whole new world with the full suspension and 29"s.
