"The couch was significantly larger that what was advertised. I have 112 inch space for this couch, and it was advertised as 96.46 inches wide. When I got it (after unpacking it and setting it up) I realized that it does not fit. When I measured, it is more like 120 inches wide. I contacted the seller about a refund, and they are refusing to cooperate. They tried everything in their power to get me to keep the couch, and when I refused (because I have no use for a couch that doesn’t fit) they expected me to incur the financial, and time burden of returning it. This return is only necessary because of their mistake. I do not mind when someone makes a mistake, it’s how they correct that mistake that determines if the company is worth doing business with. This company is not correcting their mistake, and is not a company I would ever recommend doing business with. "

"Dealing with BisonOffice was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I strongly encourage not purchasing anything from BisonOffice. I purchased a couch from BisonOffice on September 27, with an expected delivery date of no later than October 12. It is November 2 and I still do not have my couch. The new delivery date is November 8. After weeks of complaining to BisonOffice, BisonOffice only refunded me $50 for this inconvenience. I told them that was not enough and they did not care. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Their third-party partners they use to deliver items are very bad (one of them lost my couch, and the other one sent my couch to an incorrect location). I would really save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from here."

It arrived in a timely manner, but they sent me something different from what the picture showed in the listing (missing one of the 3 parts, that was in picture). After emailing Jack the "manager", over 8 times and pleading my case. He stated that company policy was I misordered or changed my mind and I could only return with a 20% restocking fee and I pay the return shipping.
