"Very disappointing interactions with Bison Office. They clearly don't care about their customers. We ordered just shy of 50 outdoor chairs (approx. $1500), 17 of which were defective and they wouldn't return or refund. Chairs began to unravel after less than one month of usage.

"If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was so unhappy with the customer service. They would not allow me to return an item without a large fee AND paying for the shipping back to them, package was left without signature on a driveway, packaging was also awful, there were holes, etc. I found the same product at costco for over $100 cheaper, the customer service rep told me that I would receive a discount once he talked to his sales team and he contacted me later to tell me that there was nothing they could do and I couldn't receive any discount at all. Awful experience, I do not recommend purchasing from them. I think they only have one customer service rep as well and he barely speaks English. "
"I ordered a replacement canopy for my gazebo through Bisonoffice.com. Unfortunately when I received the canopy it was not the correct one for my framework. After doing some research it was learned that Sun Joy made 2 different styles of canopies with the same exact item numbers. After contacting Bisonoffice.com and writing emails back and forth with a representative named Lucas, he found that they did not have the canopy I needed at their warehouse. I sent the item back for a refund minus the shipping cost which I had to pay. They were a great company to deal with, just make sure you know what item you need exactly when ordering."
"Item ordered and immediately charged to my credit card.
They claim delivery was attempted but no card left or email notification. After some time I checked status on website and it said item was redirected to "Access Point". When I went to retrieve my item, I was told that it was just sent back to seller. For my inconvenience, I was charged a 15% "restocking fee"!
Customer service acknowledged that their lack of communication was unreasonable but refused to budge.
IN FACT, THEY WITHHELD 33% OF WHAT I PAID!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"I tried to find out when my furniture was to be delivered. They gave me a tracking #. but, I can't track it any where. I called them to see if they could find out the status of my order. They told me that they were having trouble finding it. I asked them to call the shipper. That's when I found out they were clueless. They told me they would get right on it and call me back later that day. So, I called them back and they still didn't know anything. They would not give me the shippers phone # and said they would call me back by the end of the day 2 days ago. I guess there is somewhat of a language barrier as they must not be from the States as they sound as if they were middle eastern."
"They ship damaged items then try to get you to keep them. When I told them I wanted to return a damaged item, they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures, they said they weren't good enough pictures! Deny my claim because I'm not a photographer?! This proves to me that you knew the items were damaged in the first place. You people are criminals and you deserve to go out of business. "
"i am out $1700 due to these crooks.. one item came severely damaged and we sent it back, the other item i canceled before it was shipped and they SENT it anyway, then i refused delivery and it was sent back! still have not got ONE PENNY of a refund from these thieves!! ive been calling this merchant, emailing, calling Walmart etc etc., and the only response i get is them saying they are "working on" a refund and will be charging me a return fee, and a restocking fee. FOR WHAT??? they send broken garbage and i have to pay for that?? plus they sent an item that i canceled and i have to pay for that too?? this business is nothing but fraud and theft. and beware if you buy from WALMART .com if they are allowing sellers like THIS to cheat people and rip them off!!"
"I bought a supply of floor mats late 2017. Two of the mats started cracking within 6 months. Normally the mats last for years. I contacted BO customer service and advised them of the issue. First, they came back saying their guarantee is for 30 days, however I copied the description that stated the mats will not crack or break and pointed this out to customer service. Two weeks later I received the replacement mats at no charge. C.S. did a good job communicating and asked me to send pictures which I did. Very pleased with the service and will continue to buy from the company. RC"

"I wish i would have read this forum before buying from this company on Amazon. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and caught it and messaged them asking them to change it and it HAD NOT shipped yet. I had just placed the order. The order was being shipped to my old house in CA and now i live in Denver, CO. There would be no one there to accept this package and no way for me to get it. I received a response saying "No i am sorry we cannot change it." I contacted Amazon, who i purchased this from and they said yes we can cancel this order and that they will contact the seller to do so. Amazon contacted Bisonoffice to cancel the order. Bisonoffice responded to me directly (not Amazon) and said that it is really difficult to cancel an order once it has been placed and that they will try. NOT what amazon just said they would do. I received an email an hour later saying your order has been shipped and i was charged. I contacted Amazon again and said that they shipped it. Amazon reached out to Bisonoffice again and told them to cancel the order and that i would be refunded. Bison responded to me again directly and said "sorry it was shipped." What kind of customer service is that?! Also, Amazon should drop them as customers."
"I will NEVER order anything from this company, EVER! I placed an order that I wanted to return for a full refund. I have to pay for shipping, I have to provide a return tracking number, AND, I have to pay a 20% restocking fee! What the ....! It's a packet of booklets for my granddaughter. Explain to me how much cost is involved in putting some booklets back on the shelf. Certainly, not 10 bucks! Too strict and costly to order from these people. Steer clear, unless you like being screwed out of your money."
