"I ordered a clock for a Christmas gift through Walmart and Bison Office was the supplier. The order was placed 12/9 with a guaranteed delivery date of 12/13-12/19. On 12/21 I was concerned enough to start making phone calls and when I got through to customer service rep they said they would have to send an email to their warehouse. 24 hours and 2 phone calls later I still have not heard from anyone and will be arriving empty handed to our Christmas gift exchange. I will never do business with this company again!"
"Through Amazon I ordered a new Logitech keyboard from Bison. The shipping box it came in was so big that it could have contained 10 keyboards and there was very little packing material so the one Logitech box moved around (not good) during transit. The box was flimsy and poorly taped; in fact, the USPS stamped the box as (a) unsealed and (b) in damaged condition. The shipping box itself was crushed in several places.
On top of all that, the device was NOT NEW; the keyboard was wrapped in tissue paper and the solar panels were scratched. "
"Have been dealing with this company 3 weeks, trying to return their merchandise, purchased through AMAZON. Amazon Customer Service department opened the communication door, because they were not communicating until 48 hours after the order was made/cancelled. Amazon forced them to give a full refund, but the second box they RUSHED out to my business, attempting to state that the order was already processed and therefore, they would only accept the ELECTRIC FIREPLACE back with us paying for the shipping and restocking fees, which could have been avoided if they read the emails in a timely manner, because it was cancelled within an hour after the order was made, by us. You can never get anybody on the telephone, just answering machine. (This is weird for a company) Then they told us they would have FED EX pick up second box, with a label. Being a CEO, I tracked the label, which made a loop (excluding the package)? back to themselves. Begged Customer service rep in email to please send label attached to email, so I could place on box and have it picked up, but that was just a rouse, because it never came here..... Guess this is trying to make me hold on to the item so they can turn around and attempt to charge me again, because, I proved they were deleting dates and times from the emails I was sending to them. Oh well.... Don't use this company, as other web sites have poor customer service/return,etc of them."

"First, when you deal with a re-seller, or drop shipper.... you may run into issues. The merchant or seller doesn't have the product at their own warehouse. They don't have it usually in their hands at all. They are dependent on the manufacturer and or whoever is shipping the product out to ship it out correctly in every aspect. Address, timely manner, making sure its packed correctly, making sure the product itself is not damaged prior to shipping. That is asking A LOT for some people. Especially when buying these from China. Oh boy... they are on Ebay, Amazon, and all over the internet. You will know on Ebay when its a China seller because they will usually have horrible feedback, low prices, odd shipping location in the U.S. but extended shipping time , and they always just make a new eBay user name. Now with BisonOffice.com. If you order an item that is heavy, like furniture, you should either re-consider or get down on one knee and hope that everything arrives correctly, in one piece, and none of the parts are missing. Why? well it will take forever for you to get a replacement, generally that vendor will not want that heavy furniture back. You are now left with disposing of the damaged item along with waiting, and waiting for the replacement. And then if and when they ship the replacement..... hope they don't get your address incorrect the 2nd time around. Language barriers, I don't know what the issue is, but any re seller dealing with China sellers... bad combo. Unfortunately, Bison, Hayneedle, Wayfair, Joss&Main, Kohls, Walmart, Target..... and many many many more are all re selling China items. Go with the big box store... u will most likely have an easier time with returning and getting better customer service. "

"Easily the single most UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT company and seller on Amazon I have ever come across.
I purchased a desk from this company on Amazon which I thought was a certain size. Once I received it, I realized two things:
1) The company incorrectly put the dimensions of the return/credenza or omitted them from their listing completely
2) The company sold me a defective discolored desk completely different from the listing. [continued below]....
It is my belief that BisonOffice.com knowingly omitted or incorrectly put the correct dimensions of part of the desk I purchased and sent me this DEFECTIVE unit.
Their response? Send back a 300 lbs desk AT MY COST (which will be hundreds of dollars) and I must pay a 20% Restocking fee (which will also be hundreds of dollars).
So I am to lose more than half of what I paid this company for NOTHING?!?
Customer service was rude and unaccomodating and companies like this should be removed from staining Amazon.com.
It is my warning to all consumers to AVOID BISONOFFICE AT ALL COSTS - especially on Amazon.com"
"We ordered a large tv console from Bisonoffice.com and we're excited to receive it. Then I realized we hadn't read up on any off their reviews. After reading some of the previous reviews, I was pretty scared we might not ever get it, or if there were any problems we might not get a hold of anyone. The next day my husband called on Thursday to see if anyone would answer, and to verify how many they had in stock so we would know in advance if there might be problems or delays. A gentleman answered right away, and also was willing to verify how many they had in their inventory of the item we purchased to be sure we didn't need to be concerned. He said it should arrive by the following Wednesday. We were pleasantly pleased that and excited that it arrived by the following Monday! The console arrived in great shape and great protective packing. It was made well and as advertised. Was easy enough to put together. Looks beautiful! Only thing I added was 2 small clear rubber door pads on the inside of each of the center doors because when you shut the doors they banged shut a bit. But adding the little small rubber door pads took care of that no problem, and were very inexpensive. It's now been 3 months and everything is working great. Not sure if there has maybe been new management since the older bad reviews? As of now, we would definitely order from them again."

"I ordered a office chair from BisonOffice.com. It arrived within 2 days, and the price was less than half of the 30% off discount at a brick-and-mortar furniture chain.
Having never had an opportunity to sit in the chair, it wasn't until I assembled it that I found that the chair was uncomfortable and poorly designed. I contacted BisonOffice regarding a return. They handled the return details within a few days. The only negative was that the company insisted that the chair be completely disassembled prior to return.
The company accepted the return and credited my credit card for 100% of the cost within less than a week. No restocking fee was charged, and the company paid for shipping both ways.
Although I would think twice before ever again ordering a chair that I hadn't test sat, BisonOffice handled this transaction exceptionally well."
"I recently ordered hundreds of dollars of stationary and envelopes from BisonOffice. Out of 2500 sheets, 100 sheets of stationary were dented at the corner (possibly the fault of UPS). BisonOffice responded to my message immediately and within hours, they notified me a replacement was on the way. I've had so many frustrating experiences with online companies in the past, but these guys are different. They really do care about customer satisfaction. I will definitely buy from them again, and will recommend them to others. "
"I needed a plastic chair mat for a plush carpet. I did a search under Google Shopping and found that Bisonoffice.com would give me the best pricing and they took PayPal which I love. I placed the order on 4/16/14 and it arrived on 4/21/14. The packaging on the product was just some corrugated cardboard and I was a little concerned about the piece inside but thankfully it was perfect. I need another one of these and I will be placing another order with this company. Very satisfied."
