"Horrible company lacking customer service. I placed an order for a couch (spent close to $500) which was supposed to be delivered last week. When the couch did not arrive, I contacted UPS with the tracking number and was advised that it was lost. That's about as helpful as UPS was. I was told to call the company (bizchair) and request a replacement. So I did. Customer service was clearly annoyed with this. I guess I shouldn't have allowed UPS to lose the couch??? I was told that they would have to put in a claim with UPS and I will have to wait about a week or longer for the claim to process. Then and only then will they be able to contact the third party distributer to send out a new couch. This will take at least another two weeks. Or longer. There is no guarantee when or if I will ever receive this couch. Again, as the customer, clearly all of this is my fault. So aggravating and just bad bad bad service."

"My totally unsatisfactory experience began a day after my purchase when I received BizChair's shocking e-mail that the $100 shipping costs totaled half the $200 price of the stools I ordered! When I called BizChair to complain, their ignorant "customer service" representative lectured me that the shipping costs are set by FedEx, are not flexible, are neither arbitrary nor variable, are determined by the weight of the product and the distance of the destination, are non-negotiable, and that I had no alternative. Yet in a previous phone call, BizChair had told my son (for whom I had purchased the stools), that the shipping costs were about $84. When he heard the shipping costs BizChair had quoted me, he called them to complain, and all of a sudden the $100 shipping costs which the day before were set in stone were now flexibly reduced to $84. BizChair's follow-up e-mail to me provided a flimsy excuse and explanation, but the bottom line is that I caught them in their scam. They advertise reasonable prices, and then when after the order is already placed, they hit their customers with absurd "shipping" costs which jack up the total price, turning what had once looked like a bargain into a very bad deal. Meanwhile, after canceling our BizChair order, we wound up purchasing the exact same stools somewhere else."

"I recently bought an office chair from Biz Chair for about 160.00. Twice they asked me to review the chair that I had just purchased. Twice I wrote a review. Neither time did the review appear on their website. Evidently, they won't post negative reviews of their products online, so trust me that you cannot believe their reviews. The chair, by the way, was used once and thrown out."

"If I could give BizChair zero stars, I would.

After placing my order and receiving my invoice which clearly stated "Free Shipping on this item" they tried to charge me almost $100 more dollars for shipping. Upon taking this to the attention a freight department rep, they would not honor the original invoice. BizChair was recommended by my Chiropractor. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. They did not even attempt to meet me at a middle ground. It is very underhanded. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

"TERRIBLE. I paid $300.00 for 4 chairs that wobbled like cheap outdoor lawn furniture when even the thinnest person sat in them. When I attempted to return them (3 of which were never even unpackaged), I was told there would be a 35% restocking fee + the cost of return shipment. I explained that the product was defective, and my request for assistance never received a response. "

"Bizchair is a scam. I ordered a changing pad from this website. I was so happy that I found a changing pad that I was looking for, cheaper compared to other online sellers and shipping was free, I even asked for a quote and it said free shipping. Great! So I placed my order. Well, 3 days after I received an email from Bizchair asking me to pay for shipping since it was not included. I have never heard of such mediocrity. Why not include the shipping rates during payment transaction like all other honest retailers. This is a scam and if there was negative star to rate this Would give it no star at all."

"I work for a non-profit and ordered conference room tables to match our current tables from BizChair. It took 6 weeks to receive the tables, but the problem was that they were delivered without warning at the end of the business day by a huge truck. I helped the driver carry them in and went home. The paper I signed for the boxes said any undisclosed damage had to be reported within 15 days. The next day when I opened the boxes, I found both tables had broken corners. I took pictures and emailed to Bizchair, asking them to pick up the damaged tables and send new ones. Their response was to say, tough luck, you should have opened the boxes and inspected them while the delivery driver was still there. They were very unhelpful and unresponsive. Eventually they filled out a damage claim form with the shipper, but two months have passed with no response and no refund."

"It is a monkey business. I have ordered desk set for my kids 10 days ago. Suppose it would be shipped in 24 hours as their AD, however, after a week, I wrote to ask shipping info and got the feed back: out of stock and then asked me re-order with higher price.
Don't buy from this site. The experience is sooooooooooooooooooo bad!

They website promise that they will ship within 2- 5 business days, and i call at the 5th day to checking my order status. and the customer representative is so rude, and she can even told me when they will ship it

"BEWARE!!! BizChair returns department will give you the run around i have returned a product worth 1,700.00 dollars and not only do they charge a 20% restocking fee they will simply not credit you at all. It as been 2 months sense i have returned my items and every time i call they give me this " they are processing your return" and all the managers are out to lunch no matter what time you call. I am going to call my credit card Co. to open up a case on this. Buyer beware I wish Amazon would not let Co. like this on there webpage. "

"omg, yesterday I found out it was "curb side delivery", I am a small woman with a 75 year old Mother living with me...had we known this, we would have never ordered from amazon, who then ordered from bizchair...all they said they could do was put the sofa at the end of the truck for us to get it out....so I had to get my son and son in law to take off work to be here for the estimated delivery time of 1 to 4pm. this sofa is 90 inches long and weighs 154 lbs. the color is not as described, but I prob can get used to it, the pic when ordering was deceiving, making you think you are getting 4 big blue back pillows and 4 accent pillows...very disappointed and will not order from them again...would rather buy locally and pay much more and high shipping charges"

"Beware!!!!!
If you're about to order anything from Bizchair make sure you are ordering full not half product. Plus record on your camera whatever you get in the shipping and whatever you are opening. I'm not kidding. I ordered 6 daycare tables for which I was waiting almost for a month. I received 7 packages (supposedly 6 tables and a package with legs to the tables). After a few days I was ready to put it all together, but found out all legs are missing, and instead I received some not complete shelf which I didn't order. I notified them immediately, and in response they informed me they have 5 days to process it and then a few days for shipping. After 8 days I received an email that after reviewing my case they decided that it was my responsibility to inspect those packages immediately, and I signed that I received 7 packages, so it looks like they shipped those legs. After making lots of of phone calls I've also received an information that I should records on camera whatever I received and the time of opening the boxes. Now, I'm stack with 6 tabletops, no legs and expecting DCFS final inspection this week. Probably will not get my license until buy another legs in another NORMAL and honest company.

"Shipping was super fast and FREE.....the 3 study carrels arrived the next day. On top of that, the price was 40% below other big box stores.

My only complaint is that there were some pre-drilled holes that were too big. Fortunately, it did not impact the final product.
