"Generally good. Description was a bit scanty (I thought my pick had a tilt back), but honest. Pkg. arrived on predicted date, with all parts & the 1 req'd tool (an Allen wrench). "Ordering was easy and chair arrived on time and in good condition. It was easy to assemble.
HOWEVER, I am disappointed with the chair. It was described as being ergonomic and I would argue that it is not. Though the seat height adjusts, the seat does not tilt, the arm rests are too high at the lowest setting and too far apart. The seat has minimal padding and uneven so it is hard to sit on for more than a few minutes. I thought I was getting a great deal as it was only $59, supposedly marked down from $199. What I got was a cheap, uncomfortable chair.

"the chair was delivered faster than the delivery time i was told, but with no advance notice of when it was coming, lucky i was home, the chair is very pretty, but after inspecting it closely, it is made of cheap materials and probably wont last long, and it was delivered damaged, while putting on the legs i felt weakness and then could feel one of the boards on bottom, under the material where it couldnt be seen, was broken, ive contacted the right people, sent them an e-mail, now lets see what happens...."
