"I am very disappointed with BizChair.com. Their web page said "free shipping for orders over 50", but after I ordered I noticed that they had charged me a shipping fee of $17. Their call center was closed since it was Sunday. I sent them an immediate mail. I heard back from them the next day saying my order can be cancelled as requested and clarified that the offer was for >50 chairs and not >$50. Now a week later I'm still waiting for the credit to show up on my card.
My disappointment is three folds. Firstly, they should be clearer in the promotion and not trick customers. Secondly, they had no confirmation page after you enter credit card details for me to know there would be a shipping fee. This one step checkout makes it very easy for them to deceive customers with unexpected (and undisclosed) shipping fees. Thirdly,there is no way to cancel the order online once you click that misery button.
Together, as a customer I consider their practice a unfair and deceptive. Will not do business with them again."
