"We are normally skeptical about ordering something that we had to measure for and have it actually fit as expected. Let's face it, there is normally at least one or two issues. Not with this order. It fit as expected. Right down to the 1/8" above the floor, which I thought would never happen! We were aware that the lines would be tricky to untangle from the packaging, so we were very careful doing that. once everything wasin place it was simple and easy to put up and fit as ordered.
Thanks for making an inovative product that works and fits as advertised.

"First of all, Blinds.com make a great product.
Secondly, their customer service is fantastic.
I had inadvertently ordered the wrong valance for one of my blinds. I contacted customer service to get the correct one re-ordered. To my amazement, they shipped the correct one out ASAP... at no charge. I had just assumed I would be charged which was no problem, but the friendly customer service girl said I wouldn’t be billed!
I’ve never dealt with a company that goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied.
