"I have purchased many blinds over the years and always have been satifified. They always fit and have clear installation instructions. I made a mistake on a recent order in the way I measured my windows and blinds came too wide. I called and explained how I made the mistake (not Blinds.com issue...a building issue) and blinds.com graciously offered to replace the blinds. I could not be happier with them. "
"I ordered 25+ blinds and paid for them to install them. I setup the three times and waited to be contacted. On the first choice day I still had not heard anything. Called and found out that the installation was on hold because my valances were on hold. No one had told me anything about any issues. I was told Blinds would have the installers call me that day. They didn’t. I called the sales rep Chris Bayack who had originally made the order and he told me to talk to customer service. If the order had an issue it was him that did it and he didn’t step up and help. I paid 2.6k for Blinds because we wanted an easy process. Not worth it. "

"The service representative was very knowledgeable about the products. From the aluminum blinds wouldn’t stand up to my cats like the faux wood to with the new windows I would have to do an outside mount verses an inside because I was 1/8” inch shy on room. I paid extra and went for a premium finish, it’s worth it . The blinds are gorgeous, we’ll made, and allow me to regulate the sun light in my living room. I have only one complaint: on previous blinds the adjuster stick is one solid piece. On these blinds the adjuster stick comes apart in the middle (so it could be shorter if needed?) so it will come apart when I’m trying to adjust the blinds which is annoying."

"Everything about Blinds.com was better than expected, service, quality, and results. Faced with a huge cost from decorators and so-called home stores I ventured into the unknown fearful of blowing a lot of money on a cheap product. Not the case at all the quality was better than the Hunter Douglas shades I was replacing. Don't think my purchase was without miss-hap I screwed up and listened to my wife read off the height of the space for four windows, entirely our fault and it was my surprise when Blinds .Com replaced them at no cost. What a great company to do business with they come through with everything promised.
