an order over a month ago and when I called in 3 weeks to see why they wern't received, the girl told me the color (off white) was "out of stock" and is on re-order. Asked why I wasn't notified immediately and I could have chosen another white color. She didn't have an answer. So...I changed the color to "white cotton".....When I called yesterday to see what the heck was happening with the blinds that I was told would be shipped by 8-9, I was again told that they were waiting for material and some parts. Angry.......yes! Told themto cancel my $300 order and send me a refund. Went to Lowes and got some pre-made verticals for $120. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM BLINDS.COM"

"I bought 31 blinds this past month from Blinds.com. Shipping was fine. Boxes fine. The blind installation hardware fine. This is where everything else falls apart and is not fine. Multiple issues with these Levelor Visions 2" blinds AND Blinds.com Advertisement to Sell these blinds! The blinds had high ratings from consumers, so I had confidence in the product for that reason. The blinds are the cheapest I have ever seen. Furthermore, Blinds.com pulled a "bait and switch" swindle: showed one product, shipped another. The slats are wavy and the string 'ladders' to hold the slats are uneven as well. The blinds in the ad online show multiple sizes and all appear perfect with the pull cord to raise and lower has "two tassels". When I arrived at the house when the installers were almost done, they were an embarrassment and appallingly cheap quality! The strings to pull the blinds up are MULTIPLE: 4 TO 7...AND LOOK LIKE A WAD OF HEIFER TEATS. All of the blinds are strung too tight so when the slat is directed out, the bottom flips up to expose the word "LEVOLOR". The tassels are "braided" and knotted. I cannot get some blinds down because they are a tangled mess. The overall quality of the actual blinds are of the poorest quality. CHEAP, THIN, plasticky feeling, wavy, not straight and they will not hold up, even if I were to have them replaced with a perfect product. The broken strings in the blinds are clearly a quality control issue. But the overall issue with every single blind is those TEATS!!!! IT'S REPULSIVE. THEY WILL COLLECT DUST AND THEY ARE GROSS. I am a Realtor and have N.E.V.E.R. seen anything so disgustingly immature and ridiculous, nor have I seen blinds this cheap. I spent several thousand dollars on junk. Furthermore, Blinds.com REP could see in my photo that the blinds are installed correctly. He also said they will only replace up to TEN BLINDS for one person 'no matter what'.... Well, guess what? I have THIRTY-ONE SHODDY BLINDS. I am not losing my money without a fight. Caveat Emptor! Buying online will take you a lot of your time if you are dealing with someone who is out to swindle you and pull a Bait and Switch! I do not know a SINGLE PERSON THAT WOULD BUY THESE BLINDS IF YOU COULD SEE WHAT THEY DELIVERED. I HAVE PHOTOS AS WELL. Can I upload photos here? I will post this everywhere online that I can. These blinds are trash and will be replaced. I will not be buying from Blinds.com ever again. The REP just wants me to deal with taking photos and showing every blind. I sent many photos already....and yet they say they'll only replace ten blinds. Right. I will post an update when resolved. Save your time and shop somewhere else and don't buy these blinds. FYI: I'm 60 years old. I have RA, very weak wrists, fingers, and hands. I cannot handle this wad of udders under any circumstance. I would have NEVER ordered these blinds...and neither would you if they actually advertised what they sent to me. Even the smallest windows (approx. 33"x22") have SEVEN TEAT TASSELS! What a joke! Customer no service as well. It's a 'help me, help you' buy sending photos and info, but we can only ask the Vendor to replace it's up to them'. Right. I will post an update if possible."
