"The blind I ordered arrived very quickly, installed rather easily and looks great. I ordered the top down/bottom up pull and I love it. I can drop the top ~6-12” and let light light in yet maintain privacy. Or open it all the way up from the bottom to let all the light "

Great product

"I’ve ordered several times and all the shades have been great. My only suggestion is to offer better color/fabric/material images on the site and to enable better visualization of the actual design. I’ve taken chances and ordered more blindly than I typically would and I have been pleased with the final product. But more visuals would instill a bit more ease in the buying process. "

What you need

"My order was easy to place and arrived very well packed with good instructions. The quality of the product is good and the installation was tedious but without substantial difficulty. The product replaced a big box store set of blinds purchased a year ago that were very difficult to install and shorten and that came with little or no customer support from the manufacturer."

Perfection from Beginning to End

"Although it’s been several months since I purchased my blinds from Blinds.com, I remain impressed with my overall experience. Ordered verticals on 7-9 and was told yesterday, waiting for material

"This company does not deserve any stars....Go to Select Blinds instead. As I said, I put in
an order over a month ago and when I called in 3 weeks to see why they wern't received, the girl told me the color (off white) was "out of stock" and is on re-order. Asked why I wasn't notified immediately and I could have chosen another white color. She didn't have an answer. So...I changed the color to "white cotton".....When I called yesterday to see what the heck was happening with the blinds that I was told would be shipped by 8-9, I was again told that they were waiting for material and some parts. Angry.......yes! Told themto cancel my $300 order and send me a refund. Went to Lowes and got some pre-made verticals for $120. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM BLINDS.COM
