"After a number of back and forth emails and calls I sent one last email which I never received a reply. In summary: I took the time to completely read and understand the instructions and follow the directions on the website. When I called the customer service department and told them that there was no valance in the box with my blind they made me re-measure the blind so they could send an order to the warehouse to send me one. They made me do this on two separate occasions. Then they sent me an email and told me I would have to pay for a completely new blind. They finally called me and told me that this blind didn’t come with a valance. This was over a two week period and left me very frustrated. Their last suggestion was to send the blind back and pay the difference if I picked a more expensive one which I can't since I already hung up the blind (because the valance goes on last). Very frustrating, they didn't know their product."
"We had a blind that we bought from Blnds.com 3 or 4 years ago and the internal cord broke, it was one of 2 blinds in a very long picture window we have. We wanted to match as close to what we had so we only would have to replace the blind that broke.
Kelly James, the customer service rep I worked with was wonderful! I emailed him pictures of what we had, he sent out color swatches & when we thought we had it just right placed the order. The blind came & it's a perfect match to the other one.
We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received; and of course the price was very reasonable!

"Attached you'll find some photo's of the installed shades. Very NICE!!! We added this sunroom in 2009 and have been looking for a window treatment ever since then. Nothing we've seen in the past was what we wanted. A few moths ago we were at Brooklyn Pizzeria in Wesley Chapel, NC and we saw these shades and immediately said, "This is what we need for the sunroom". I'm not sure if they were yours, but they look the same. There was no brand name or any ID on the shades at the pizzeria. As a matter of fact, the ones I received from you don't have any ID, which I think would be a good sales idea. I found you guys just doing a Internet search on "sun shades".
Installation wise, the first one was a struggle, the second one went up fairly easy with only a few snags, and by the time I installed the third one, I was already a PRO and it went up like I knew what I was doing.
The great thing about these shades is #1, they block the sun, but we were looking for something that blocked the contents of the room at night with the lights off and these do exactly that. Since the room has a lot of electronics, we didn't want to "Help a good boy go bad" by showing off our stuff at night.

I even measured one set of blinds incorrectly, and they shipped me new blinds for free, only asking that I donate the origional oversized blinds to habitat for humanity or any other non profit who could use them. We ended up requesting a sample from Blinds.com, because we wanted to be sure that the Bali "cognac" color was the shade of brown we wanted, as opposed to the "rose" color shown on the Blinds.com website. There is nothing I would change… I have now made three separate purchases from you and each was just as described and delivery time was great. The products have all been of great quality.
I have only had one problem…I ordered two blinds back in February (order#1051131-8777) and a few weeks ago the blind stopped working for no apparent reason. I was pretty upset as I had spent over $600.00 for the blinds, so, I called and spoke to a girl named Corrina Resa and explained what had happened. She said she would call the manufacturer and get back to me. Frankly, I figured that the result would be “too bad, you’ve had them for six months”, BUT, much to my surprise, she called me the next day and told me that the manufacturer said that they had had problems with the cordless blind and that they would re-make it for me at no charge.
I’m really impressed with your company…in today’s world, not many companies stand behind their products and I have experienced a lot of problems with other “on-line” purchases in the past. I would totally recommend you to anyone…thanks so much!

" Exterior Porch Shades
First, on August 8 I created an account on their web site and was ready to order online, but before I did, I thought it best to speak to a human being and am glad I did. I spoke with a very nice lady who answered some questions and told me about a shipping expense due to the blinds' size so that it was not a surprise later. And she told me that it would take about 20 business days to make them + shipping time. Then I never heard anything more about the order. I do most of my shopping online, and generally get an email confirmation and, when the product is shipped, a tracking number.
Finally, on the late evening of August 29, I, being an impatient sort, emailed Customer Service and asked for a confirmation and tracking number. On August 30, Heidi provided me with an invoice and estimated date of shipment of 9/7/11. I replied to Heidi thanking her for her prompt reply. Later that morning, Julie responded with, "Thank you so much for allowing us to help you..."
That afternoon the blinds arrived at my front door! Needless to say, I had to kid Heidi and Julie for not knowing what was going on in their shop and also praise them for such rapid service, even beating the 20 work day manufacturing time!
Second, I shortened the blinds to fit 4 differently sized openings and finished hanging them on Labor Day with some help from my wife. They are beautiful, perfect, and just what I wanted. All four of them cost approximately what a local shop wanted for just one long blind!
Third, I am thrilled with the idea of bringing down two lines to the bottom rail to keep the blinds from blowing into the lanai. The originals blew in all the time, and I tried, unsuccessfully, to hold them down with a chair back. Works perfectly! Kudos for this, and I wonder why I didn't think of it over the 15 year lives of the first ones!
