"Honestly, there is not one thing I would change. The ordering process is simple and the customer service is the best I've encountered!! I've ordered three times from Blinds.com and each time was great. My last order included two valance return pieces that were broken and a quick email had them at my door in just a couple days! "THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE IN ORDERING BLINDS OVER THE INTERNET. WE WERE SOMEWHAT CONCERNED THAT WE WOULD MEASURE INCORRECTLY OR THAT THE BLINDS WOULD ARRIVE DAMAGED. THESE CONCERNS WERE PUT TO REST WHEN WE SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO WALKED US THROUGH THE MEASURING PROCESS AND ASSURED US THAT IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS BLINDS.COM WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT. "I absolutely love my blackout shades. Very easy to hang, easy instructions and lot's of online help! After my purchase I received an email from the CEO of Blinds.com--an email I could actually reply to; we emailed back and forth a couple times...love that kind of personal service. I'm planning to order shutters for my living room before the end of August. I had a representative of your competition come to my home for an estimate. I was so unimpressed with his product lack-of-knowledge that I decided not to buy from them."

"Jay, the CEO of Blinds.com sent us an e-mail asking how our recent experience with Blinds.com turned out. I am glad he asked. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the blinds we purchased for our son's condo. They fit great and were easy to install.

Secondly, we made a mistake on measuring one of the blinds. I called their client service group thinking that since we made such a stupid (really stupid) mistake that they would say tough no money back. Instead we were told to contribute the blinds to a local charity and send the receipt back to the rep and our money would be refunded. We did that and what do you know, they are true to their word.

We are moving to a new house in about a year and I can tell you that Blinds.com blinds will be in the new place. It is a pleasure doing business with a caring company.

"My experience with blinds.com was excellent. I ordered the free samples to determine the color I wanted for our solar shades. Once I selected the color, I called to place the order rather than placing it online because I had some questions about measuring. The person I spoke with (sorry, I don't remember her name) was very helpful and answered all my questions. The shades arrived in less than two weeks which is great considering they are custom made. The quality of the shades is excellent and allows us to use our screened porch in the early evenings as the sun is setting. Great experience!"

"Dear CEO Blinds.com
I Have no comments on any products or service that need changing. I am very pleased with the products and the service that I received.

My first order was to replace the shades that are inbetween the window panes of Pella windows in our master bedroom which after 21 years had worn out. I selected the Bali Diamond Cell 3/8 " to be installed on the inside of the windows which swing out. They were easy to install and looked good. The only problem is that one had to be installed inside the screen which made it protrude out from the window. The other problem is if anyone wants to remove the inside glass pane to clean, the blind will have to be removed.

We very pleased with the looks and the amount of insulation they provided so we placed two more order to finish the remaining windows.

We decided to finish our vacation home. a log house, which had wooded blinds. We ordered Graber 1" wood blinds which turned out to be a perfect match to the original blinds. We also ordered a pair of Bali Solar shades for two doors which let in alot of sun and heat during the summer. These worked very well so we finished by ordering a set of Solar blinds for the two windows above the doors which are 10' to 16' off the floor. Your customer service rep was very helpful in getting longer cords to open and close the shades.

We are very pleased with the products, ease of installation, and the cost. We learned about this website thru Glenn Beck Radio.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible service, rude, and unapologetic.

I ordered $800 worth of blinds from this company a month ago! It was supposed to take 8 days to make then ship. I've called 5 times, sent 4-5 emails with no information given to me whatsoever. I was hung up on twice. They claim the blinds are made out of the country in Turkey and it takes so long because it has to pass thru customs?? They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee program or your money back....it's all over their website. I asked for a refund on product i haven't even received and that hasn't even shipped yet and they said they don't do that? Total rip off....do not bother shopping here. You are better off ordering blinds at Home Depot than dealing with this company!

"I ordered the Levolor cell shades from blinds.com on May 13, 2011. My reciept showed that it takes 6 working days to make the shades. The product was on back order so they say they will not have it until May 20, 2011. I waited and called back on May 31, 2011 for an update. Customer said that my cell shades are schedule to ship on June 7, 2011. I called back again on June 3, 2011 to make sure everything is on track. I received an email from customer service stated that my order was on track to be ship June 7, 2011. I called again on June 10 since I hadn't received anything. They now told me that I'll have to wait until June 29, 2011. That's 1 month and a half. They took my money since May 13 and can't ship until June 29?

Imagine if they have a thousand customers who pay $1000 for 1 month 1/2 with out merchandise. Wouldn't you want some one to lend you 100K for 1 1/2 month free interest? I would. Terrible experience!!!!!

"Was looking for room darkening blinds and located this site. It had good prices from what I could tell at least on the item that I was looking at. Shipping price was only $4.95 for two blinds (approx 72x36) via FedEx. Not a whole lot of communication. I ordered one day, the next day was a confirmation, then about 10 days I received a shipping notice from FedEx and that it would be arriving the next day. Blinds.com did not send notice that it had shipped and when I checked the status the day prior it claimed that it had not yet shipped but through FedEx I could see that it did. No big deal. Got the blinds and installed them easily. The site has "how to install" videos make it easy for the customer."

"I ordered on 5-30-2010. My credit card was charged the next day. I contacted them 6-16 and they responded my order was on backorder and would be shipped 7-15-2010. I canceled my order same day and was promised a prompt refund. As of today, 6-25 my card has not been credited for the refund."
