"I bought a part and paid for rush delivery. My item was set to ship right away and didn’t. Didn’t ship in 24 hours. Despite paying for rush shipping my part was sent usps and did not make it to the person in time. In fact it took longer than the projected time if sent without priority.
Ended up buying part local and now have to return item that wasn’t handled as stated.
Total waste of time effort and energy thanks to misleading information from boats.net website. "
"Paid for expedited shipping. Got the wrong part sent to me. Only saving grace was Justin with customer service. He made it right and made sure I was getting the right part. However, I was misled into thinking I was going to get the part I ordered sent out Friday when UPS scanned my return. That wasn’t the case. My new part didn’t get sent out until they received the old part…the next Wednesday!! Now I paid for expedited shipping and it’s been over a week and I just got notification it’ll be here in another 3-5 days. So, customer service gets 2 stars. Everything else gets 0 stars. DO BETTER!!"
"I'm a little frustrated because I ordered a solenoid and paid extra to have it delivered 1-3 days. Boats.net did not have the item in stock so they ordered from the manufacturer. This is fine but instead of direct shipping to me, it goes to them and then I have to wait an additional 1-3 days. So in total it could be up to 8 days before I get it. "
