"I spent over $540 for a carburetor and had the express delivery. I got it damaged and not able to use it. ALL plastic pieces were broken beyond repair. There was only a small layer of bubble wrap around it and one end of the product had broken through the box. Horrible packaging job. I called for assistance and I was on hold for a while. One good thing is the lady assisting me was very nice and apologetic. She said someone would call me later in the day or the following day. Still nothing. Extremely disappointing. So much for the express delivery. I wasted money on that! I will have to wait longer than the regular shipping to get my parts. My trip had to be canceled because of this. "

"I ordered a part in early May and boats.net could not provide an estimated delivery date. I was able to source from another provider and canceled the order May 29. I was told the refund would be made in 3-5 days. It has now been over two weeks and the money has not been returned. I followed up and boats.net advised they would send me a receipt. However, the refund has never been applied to my credit card that was charged. "

"Ordered 2 rear stickers. On the website it showed no other part numbers as alternatives. I was sent 2 front stickers with no notice that they were sending an entirely different part number. The previous week I ordered a different year with a different part number and STILL recieved the same exact front stickers NO REAR. Twice this company sent me "alternatives" that were not correct. I wasted $30 just in shipping fees. Terrible."
