We wanted to add 1 person to our reservation and when we called they CANCELLED our original booking without disclosing that’s what they were doing and charged us full price for everyone in our party;(( Then they would not fix it. So it cost us More to add 1 person to an existing reservation and existing room than it cost to book 6 people originally!!! They would not budge at all. And not refunds!
You can go on and book the same trip on their website for cheaper than they charged us to add 1 person to an EXSISTING room.
WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM AGAIN.
And we travel with a large group of family a lot.l"

"A group of friends are traveling for the weekend to Cozumel. After verifying prices, dates, etc.
I put in all information with credit card - hit BOOKit, then received an error message with notice to call the "800" number with Error # - After talking to the agent I was informed the flight was full just after reviewing the empty entire layout of the plane to choose my seats.. then placed on hold, and when she returned she stated she was finally able to get me on the same flight, and would take over the booking from there over the phone. When we got to the "choose your seat" section, she stated we would be assigned seats at check in at the airport. I then started reentering my info to re-book my self. When Igot to the end I noticed the price has increased $80 pp - She then told me the total which is what I could see online. I questioned the price, and she stated the flight or hotel may have increased. Therefore I booked the Cozumel Weekender! Overall, a good experience - however a little disappointed I had to spend an additional $160 more than my eight other friends. A little more disappointing -- two days later the price dropped back down, so I'm not sure what the REAL ERROR was! "
