"Called and waited on returm email did not receive . Called next day. Got a rep who after biggest part of the day did not k ow what she was doing .Booking 2 rooms and airfare . She got the rooms finally booked and went to do the airfare and was having it take forever . Went to pay and she said my mastercard would not except .So i called my MasterCard company and that rep. Looked and said rgat no it had not been denied. And never showed that it was ran .So got that done and low and behold o e of the rooms waa already sold. So it I my showed 1. So i agreed to a different room and by the time she got that worked in guess what Thwre was only 2 for the flight coming back. She had to book the other 2 on a different flight. Well bu that time I was wore out with this rep. She said i would have to call Momday to get flights changed. Well the mote I thought about it i called back and got a real nice rep and told her it all and she was able to get us a different date and 2 of same type of room . She went to refund the other mess and accidently deleted the reswrbation she just put in . I told her it was okay She wentcro put it back in and the one of theLagoona rooms was sold
So we missed out again. We ended up going into mid Arill to get this booking done. O not done. Went to see my credit card charges and the charges are srill on there from the first transaction . Had to call book it and the rep said it did not get put in the coerextly for a refund . So a week later here we set with no refund . It has been horrific to say the least .
