"Imagine making a reservation months in advance. Now imagine getting to that reservation to be told that you have NO reservation. That's what happened to us with our infant son. We've had bad experiences in the past with Bookit but nothing that would make us stop using it. This time is the last for sure. Despite the person from Bookit customer service speaking directly with the hotel while we were there, the hotel was unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate in every level. We made an international call while stranded in a foreign country (this was more expensive than our cab there), Bookit did nothing to help and neither did the hotel. We had to figure things out while with our baby on our FIL birthday in a different country in which we did not speak the language.

"I spent a lot of time researching resorts for my upcoming trip and went on a lot of sites trying to get information. too many sites were hard to navigate, froze screens or didn’t have the flight available after taking five steps to book a trip. When I found the site, I made my quick search for the hotel I wanted and I was booked and ready to go with in 15 minutes."

"We tried booking a hotel, it said error and would not go through. We ended up booking a different hotel but they charged us for both reservation. When I tried to call to get the other one off ,which we received no confirmation email for by the way, customer serve says they can see both but cant remove anything. So they connect us to someone else who says they only see one and cant find the other to remove it. I've been on a loop of this for an hour and half now. We will never use this website ever again. "

Example, I wanted to get a suite for my kids and a regular room for myself. I wasn't able to because I could only pick one.
