"As a first time user of BookIt.com, I found the reservation process easy and seamless. I was able to bundle flight, hotel, transportation & excursion package similar to other big box sites all at a really great & competitive price. Details from the hotel & flights remained the same throughout the entire booking process and there were no surprises at the end like-Oh, that flight is no longer available. The only downside was that there was no flexibility to change flight time or airline , but the flights given were very reasonable as far as departure and return times. I have not actually taken the trip yet, but the reservation experience was a great one and I am hoping the trip will be just as great, easy and seamless. "
