"Unfortunately I had to reschedule my trip due to a passport issue the day before my son and I were to travel. Shaday was the best. I was already anxious, upset, and sad as a mom to have to tell my son we couldn't leave the next day. Shaday was very empathetic, patient, and worked quickly and thoroughly to get me taken care of.. She was able to catch up to the resort to reschedule (we had all of 30 mins before they were closing for the day to get this all worked out). Willing to hold on the line while I called the airline to try to get the same rescheduled date. She listened, helped calm my nerves, offered me all options, and got me squared away.
