"I bought a package and after checkout saw that the flight times were not the same as what I had chose the package for. I tried calling numerous times, been transferred, on hold forever, and did not get response to my situation. I simply wanted the flight times to be what I had purchased in the package. I tried calling the airlines and they wanted to charge for reissuing tickets. I would cancel the package but it's a birthday gift and the money would go on hold not allowing me to use it for what was intended. Is this a scam???? I paid for 3 days and two nights in Cancun and due to the flight change I will only have one full day there. $1000+ for one day in Cancun isn't reasonable!"
