"I rented a Nikon 500 mm / F4 telephoto lens for a week from BorrowLenses. This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with. The lens arrived on schedule and was in perfect condition. All Nikon-supplied accessories -- carrying case, lens hood, instructions, carrying strap -- were included with the lens. Getting the lens back to California was a breeze -- I affixed the prepaid Fedex label to and then re-taped the box which the lens arrived in and dropped it off at Fedex. The whole process took about fifteen minutes.

All throughout this process -- from the time I reserved the lens to the day it arrived back in CA -- communication was excellent. In short, these are honest people who have got the customer service function nailed. I will be renting from them again. "
