"This was my first time renting a lens. I had fears that the lens would be in bad shape or not work when i got it, but everything was great. They packaged the lens in foam mold, 3 pieces surrounding the lens. They also put a bag around the lens to make sure no pieces (cap etc) would come off during the delivery process. I used the lens without problems and returned it, when you pay for shipping it covers both ways.

They needed confirmation before the order went out but could not get a hold of me at first. They emailed me a few times, then rang me at the numbers I had given them. If they hadn't have done this i would have had to wait an extra day.

I will be using them again, great company. "

"This was the first time I have ever rented a lens from anywhere. I was not sure how it was going to work out. When I got the call that the lens I was to get was returned damaged I was worried.

Fortunately I had given myself a buffer before I needed the lens. It came only a day later than I had requested and the whole experience was very pleasing. The interaction on the phone about possibly a different lens and my concerns where taken with complete understanding.

I am glad that I did this and would do so again. I recomend that anyone who wants to try before you by, this is the way to go.
