"I was very happy with the service and shipping options for my order. I rented a Nikon D800 w/ a 28-70 2.8 and 910 strobe for a wedding across the counrty. In the rush to get gear packed and make my flight I missplaced/lost the shipping manifest and return shipping label. The Borrowlenses help desk got me a replacement shipping label quickly. The only glitch to the experince was lack of time to get familar with an amazing but complicated camera system before shooting a large wedding. the problems in this situation were the fault of the photographer, not camera!
