"I've rented several times from BorrowLenses.com. Up until this time, I'd picked up in San Mateo. Now that they've expanded local pick-up within the Bay Area, it's way more convenient. I've always found the equipment to be in excellent condition; I've never had any problems. I do wish they'd include the user manual. I just rented the Nikon D7000, as I'm thinking of buying one, but unless you actually own it, you can't print the user manual you download from the web, so you're kind of tied to your computer while learning the camera."

The lens itself, an 18-270 Tamron for Canon, was tight in certain places through the zooming motion, which according to the reviews on Amazon, is not unusual for this particular super zoom. Returning the lens was a breeze, as they included everything in the box that I would need, except the shipping tape! It couldn't have gone better or been easier."
