Being a first time renter, they checked me out thoroughly but quickly so they could meet my deadline.

The lens came packed in a flight-case in a foam padded cardboard box... there was little or no chance of the lens being damaged in route.

They included a Fedex return shipping label, making the return shipping a snap.

An email notice came the day before the return deadline reminding me to ship the lens back or request an extension.
