"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"Ordered a set of replacement grips for my Bowflex... no problem. Received an immediate order acknowledgement email for the order with a link to check the order status. After a couple of days I hadn't heard anything, so I clicked the link.
Approximate ship time is 8 WEEKS!
Ummm... nope.
Went to the Bowflex website customer contact portal, completed a set of questions for order/delivery status and asked that the order be cancelled. The email was sent and THEN I was shown a message saying that cancellations could only be done over the phone. Way to bury the lead!
So, I called the number, listened to the ubiquitous COVID-19 message about how hard it has been for Bowflex / Nautilus / et al. Punched a few numbers and got into the waiting queue for order cancellations. After a minute of excruciatingly obnoxious music on hold, I was told that my wait time would be 68 minutes!
Again... Ummm... nope.
I hung up and will either eat the cost of the order or wait until the grips ship and then return them.
Sure wish I could go with a zero-star review, or a negative 5-star review!"

The customer service of bowflex is terrible however. I wanted to make a modification to my order and it was impossible to speak with someone on the phone. They say your wait time is multiple hours with the excuse that it is covid related. For this reason alone I will never buy anything from bowflex again."
