"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"
"I used Bowflex' online form to ask questions about warranty several times, and never got an answer. I then emailed them several times, and still got no answer.
Tried calling, but wait times were forecast to be 80 minutes and 72 minutes respectively, I thought someone might pick up, but after an hour I gave up. They said wait times were longer due to Coronavirus, but I didn't know that you could get Coronavirus over the phone...
No chat available either. So take your pick, no response from email or contact forms, no one answering the phone, or no one answering chat. It's all the same, non-existent Bowflex customer service.
And if you're wondering what I was asking, it was about the Spiraflex resistance plates. The bands inside are made of rubber, and over time they break off inside. They are one of the weaknesses of the Bowflex Revolution. A well-built machine, but flimsy rubber resistance bands that break. Most of mine are broken. How long is the warranty for these items? Try and find out, but I suggest you'll need to find a way other than chat, email, or phone calls, because no one answers."

"Wait time to talk with someone for a return was 75 min and this really should have been something done online. Once I got someone on the phone after the wait, process was fairly simple. That said, it took 1.5 hours to get the RMA number, something many other companies are able to accomplish online with much less of a hassle. Maybe allow someone to get RMA online for orders less than $200? I can understand for larger pieces of equipment, phone may be best. "

"Purchased (2) 50 lb.rods online. Site said it could take up to 6 weeks for delivery but I received them within a week. No instructions included but went on YouTube and saw a couple videos describing installation process. Pretty straightforward. Most difficult part was getting to the screws to take out the rod box. A light and mirror will help. Overall, very satisfied with purchase and installation process. Should be able to up my game now as I have maxed out on a number of the exercises."
