"After reviewing all 3 models, decided to go with M7 once Bowflex offered $588 off ($ off + free shipping + free mat). Received M7 (in 2 boxes) 3 days later; mat will arrive in another 2 days. Time to receive well within 2 - 10 day delivery stated when I ordered.
Assembly was easy. Completed in less than 2 hrs by myself. Setup was straight forward, created 3 user profiles and then did a short 5 minute workout using Manual program just to get familiar with the machine. Bottom line - Impressed. Motion very smooth, no stress on joints at all, display and adjustments are great, the arm bars are going to provide a great extra workout and the heart rate monitor was easy and quick.
So overall - extremely pleased. Now it's up to me ... time to go to work, drop some pounds and get back in shape. No Excuses!!"

"After placed the order, they will tell you that you have to wait for 6 weeks, they won't tell you when will they ship the product, they won't tell you when you can have it assembled, and they will send you an email try to sell you the protection plan, the offer starts from the day you purchase the machine, not from you received the machine, I called the customer service ask for when my order will be shipped, she said she doesn't know, I ask is there any way she can give me an estimate, she said the system already told me it's 6 weeks, then she lost her patient and cancelled my order without ask for my confirmation, so I called back to the sales number then place the order again, now I'm in the waiting again."

"I ordered my Bowflex through one of their reps. In the beginning she was all hands on deck. Especially, since I was going to open the Bowflex card and purchase the revolution w/extras. Once the order was said and done I didn’t hear from her again. I would check my order status once every few days. ( I was forewarned that it may take up to 3 months to receive it.) moving on, about a month after my order has been placed and confirmed. I input the order details to see my status- and guess what! CANCELED. I immediately call my rep and she indeed confirms it’s canceled. She doesn’t know exactly why but, will call me back shortly. She phones me back and states that my Bowflex card wasn’t active? Huh? I activated the card the moment it came. Even though she already inputted my card info THE DAY I APPLIED AND ACCEPTED THE CARD! She explained to me that there was nothing she can do and that we would need to place a new order. I was fuming! I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told I will receive a call back in 24-48 hours- never happened. I called the 1866 customer service number and hold times @ 6:01AM ( they open @ 6AM PST) was going to be 109 minutes. I never received a call back, the automated system took my number and that was of no avail. I ended up ordering it through their online site with my Bowflex credit card. Hopefully, this will work... however, I have no faith. It’s a shame that I had to add another month to my wait list of receiving the product, all because the sales rep didn’t want to help me, and customer service is non-existent. "
