"I went to Brandsmart across the street from Dadeland Mall yesterday to get help with my Samsung QWERTY remote which was not pairing with my TV that I bought at this store recently. I received excellent customer service from Keld Curtis that took the time to find the detailed instructions that they have instore on how to properly reset and pair the remote with the TV. He printed the instructions and gave them to me to take home and then took me out to the sales floor and went over the instructions as he paired my remote with a corresponding display Samsung TV on their wall.

"I recently purchased a washer/dryer pair for what I thought was a great price. I was called to confirm the delivery time for that Monday, but when the time came to have product delivered, no call, no show. I called to complain and was pleased with the assistance and was compensated for the inconvenience. The next week, the washer/dryer pair was $100 less. I went back to the store to get reimbursed for the difference in price (as per the receipt). Luz Ortega and the cashier were friendly and attentive. I look forward to my next purchase."
"I want you to know that I had a bad experience in dealing with bransmart usa. I had purchase a washing maching before this and was delivered twice two machines that were defective. I was not happy about this and furthermore bransmart usa refunded me my complete payment minus the delivery charge. I would have no problem with them now had I received a working washer. I disputed the delivery charge with my credit card and it got resolved. When I came to the store recently to purchase a product David Cull deserves recognition for his professionalism and provided outstanding customer service. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with and when I come back to the store again I am going to look for him again for his help. Bravo David and Keep up the great work!!!!!"

And while we're always impressed with the prices and customer service, our last experience with the purchase of a new TV was exceptional. The Department Manager, Kwame G., walked us through the process of honoring a sale price from another store three weeks after our purchase with such ease that I dare compare it to that of a simple phone call. With a handshake and a little pleasant conversation, he saved us $270 on an already low price on a flat screen that other stores barely have in stock. This was yet another experience that proves to us that Brandsmart has the best people, the best prices and honorable practices in the business.
