"We unfortunately experienced a weird issue with our 4 mths old Toshiba LCD TV and had to call Brandsmartusa service, after giving the patience customer rep our info, We was contacted by TV Repairman Ramezan.

I can't speak highly enough about Ramezan, repairman. He is truly an example of remarkable customer service that most could learn from. He was on time, very polite and he was extremely thorough with his work. His years of experience really showed. We were super impressed on all accounts.

If you think that you would ever need to contact the store about your purchased product, don't hesitate about going with Brandsmartusa, with their reasonable prices and satisfying customer service, you won't regret it.

"We worked with Linda Obasla in the purchase of new appliances for a kitchen that was stuck in the '70's. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect appliances, and got us the very best price possible. We compared several other stores and she had the best deal. "This review is regarding the performance of sales representative Michael Mendez at the BrandsMart USA Store located on 7260 North Kendall Drive in Miami, Fl. Enough cannot be said of the steps this gentleman took to provide us with the best customer service experience possible. His knowledge of the product we ultimately purchased as well as his steps taken to make sure we got the best price was unparalleled. Those are steps that a good salesperson should take no matter what, but it's something rarely seen. His action that was least expected, though, was when he personally helped us take the product out to the car where it started raining. He ran into the store to provide plastic wrapping and bags to ensure that the large product would not get wet. He, in the process, did get rained on but the positive attitude and reassurance towards our satisfaction was not affected. In my opinion he had done a great job until we walked out the door, that's usually where the customer service experience ends. The extra steps taken thereafter is what would make us return to Brandsmart and see Mr. Mendez for all of our electronics purchases from here on out. "

"Purchased a TV from Brandsmart approximately 8 months ago. An electronic circuit board went bad in it. Our service tech was AJ. Brandsmart hired a winner when AJ became a part of their team. On his initial visit, we turned the TV on prior to his arrival, he immediately new what was wrong with it. He informed us that he would have to order a part and as soon as it got in, he would schedule to install it. The part came in and in less than twenty-four hours, he called, I requested a first morning appointment, he professionally let me know that he would try to accomodate us and he did! He showed up as scheduled, and my day was not wasted waiting for a service tech as the case usually is. THANK YOU AJ :-)"

"This review relates to Donald, who came to my condo today to do a spec check on my Sony HDTV. He called me in advance, as requested, was prompt in meeting me at my place, was very polite, neat, and clean. "I BOUGHT A AIR COMPRESSOR FROM BRANDSMART ONLINE BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD A FLOOR SAMPLE WHICH THEY WOULDN'T SELL TO ME. I SHOP VERY OFTEN AT THIS SAWGRASS STORE BUT, NEVER HAD TO RETURN ANYTHING UNTIL NOW. I HAD THE COMPRESSOR DELIVERED BY THESE GUYS WHICH COST ME $30 PLUS DOLLARS EXTRA. HAD NO CHOICE WHEN I PUCHASE THIS ONLINE FOR A STORE PICK UP. HERE IS WHERE THE FUN START'S. I NOTICE I WASN'T THE UNIT I WAS LOOKING FOR AFTER THE DELIVERY GUYS TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND A DAY AFTER WHEN I STARTED PUTING IT TOGETHER. I NOW EMAIL THEM BACK AT THE ADDRESS I GOT MY RECIPT FROM ABOUT RETUNING THE UNIT, i GOT NO RESPONSE. I WAITED A WEEK AND NOTHING. I WORK NIGHTS SO I SLEEP DURING THE DAY. 2 WEEKS RESPONSE. BY THIRD WEEK I STARTED TO FORGET ABOUT THIS COMPRESSOR SITTING IN MY GARAGE UNTIL I WENT TO CLEAN UP. WITH 4 DAYS LEFT BEFORE MY 30 DAYS EXPIRE I PACK THE UNIT UP AND TOOK IT TO THE SAWGRASS STORE. THERE EMPLOYEES COULDN'T FIND IT IN THERE COMPUTER WITH THE RECIPT IN HAND. SO i WAITED 45 MIN. THEN ONE MANGER CAME OUT AND SAID WE CAN'T ACCEPT THE RETURN BECAUSE IT WAS OPEN AND USED. I REFUSE TO LOOSE MY MONEY LIKE THAT SO I ASKED FOR THE STORE MANAGER. THIS GUY CAME UP AND SAID HE IS THE STORE MANAGER. I EXPLAIN TO HIM AND HE SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. HE THEN STARTE TALKING TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ABOUT A BABY THE CUSTPMER DAUGHTER HAD FOR 10 MINUTES WHILE I WAIT. HE WALKED AWAY TO THE BACK FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES THEN COME BACK AND SAID HE CAN'T HELP EITHER. I THEN SAID TO MYSELF THIS CAN'T BE THE STORE MANAGER SO, I ASKED A EMPLOYEE WHO IS THE STORE MANAGER. THE EMPLOYEE POINTED ME TO THE ANOTHER GUY WHICH WASN'T MUCH HELP EITHER AND HE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. 2HRS AND NO REFUND. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A STORE. "Brandsmart is great. They have a huge selection of all different things and they're all pretty much reasonably priced. That being said, I DID NOT like the guy who helped me. His name is John Sockwell, he was knowledgeable enough but didn't listen to what I needed, he just kept interrupting and talking over me trying to sell me everything. You could tell he didn't care, just wanted credit for the sale. It feels you're being used. He even tried to attach items to the sale that I told him repeatedly I didn't want. He also had a mustard stain on his shirt and had body odor, I feel bad for saying but I remember distinctly. I almost forgot he said he could throw in a $10 tripod for free if I bought my camera before the hour was over because it was a "limited time offer", but I ended up paying full price for it with plenty of time to spare. I also don't like how the guy at the door looks at my receipt and goes through my bag, once I pay those items belong to me, he might as well dig through my purse too. I love the camera I bought but needless to say I haven't been back"

"We purchased a Samsung 46" LCD TV yesterday from the Brandsmart in Miami. The sales associate (Arnaldo Torres) worked with us to get the lowest possible price for the television which was more affordable than all other leading competitors, including a 5 year warranty. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. This is the 2nd Samsung I purchased from them and I must say this is the place to go to buy all electronics."
