"One of the Worst services you can expect. Purchased all appliances and the Fridge had an issue for which I called their service center. The tech gave us a SEVEN hour window for the house call. Thats almost a full day. Do they really expect someone to take a day off and wait for their tech to show up. I called the manufacturer directly and got an appt on a particular day within a 2 hour window. The Brandmart service CSR I talked to even lied indicating that within first 30 days the manufacturer won't honor any service calls. On top od that she also mentioned that there would be a service chanrge if no issue was found with the fridge. Do they think customers make stuff up to wait for almost a day to get a BrandsmartUSA service tech in their home. This is beyond crazy.
If this is a teaser of what to expect of their service, I am glad I did not sign up for any. My Advice, STAY AWAY from ALL their EXTENDED WARRANTIES/SERVICES. They are all worthless from BrandsmartUSA and a scam. They will make you wait until you quit. Explore your options outside Brandsmart, save money, time and a whole lot of aggravation. I don't believe this company has a A+ rating with BBB. They deserve to be around a C."
"The 2 BrandsmartUsa techs,A.J. and Julio replaced the panel on my Samsung 52 inch LCD tv. The both reps were extremely professional,knowledgable,and courteous. They were also very neat and respectful. They called me the night before to confirm the appointment and time. They also called me prior to the appointment and were also on time. I had a great experience with everyone at Brandsmart including Daisy Vega in the office.Kudos to all."
