"Today I had the good fortune of having a really really qualified and professional technectian come to repair my television . He repaired my television within the hour. He was so considerate that he asked for a towel to be placed underneath the base of the tv so that he would not scratch the wooden stand. He cleaned up after himself and left me happy with a clear picture on the screen. If you ever have to contact brandsmart for service I strongly request you ask for the technician I had, his name is Ramezan.
