The only part about the ordeal that made the experience acceptable was the technician that came to repair the television. I recommend that if you ever have a television that needs to be repaired ask for A.J. by name. Aside from his knowledge, his kindness, and efficiency makes him someone you want repairing your tv. I just wish the rest of the company would follow is example."

"Today I had the good fortune of having a really really qualified and professional technectian come to repair my television . He repaired my television within the hour. He was so considerate that he asked for a towel to be placed underneath the base of the tv so that he would not scratch the wooden stand. He cleaned up after himself and left me happy with a clear picture on the screen.
