"I have been to Brandsmart Deerfield Beach and West Palm several times. Each time I go I am looking for a specific item. When I go to the area that I thing it would be, I ask a staff member to help me find it. After searching for a while, they tell me that it is in a different department and point me in that direction. Once there I am told that it was in the department that I came from. After going back and forth for a while I give up and leave empty handed.
Knowing the large amount of inventory you carry I desided to give it another chance. I went back again for a specific item. After searching for a while I ran into a staff member named Andre Hudson. When I explained to him what I was looking for he showed me somethings he that I might be interested in. After looking them over and answering my questions I descided that this would not work. Not giving up like others have in the past Andre walked me over to another department and showed me some other items he thought would be better for my needs. Andre was knowledgeable enough on the products to answer my questions. He even demoed a couple of items for me so I could see their guality and helped me to decide on the product that was right for me. After bad service experiences in the past, Andre was a delight to work with. He spend his entire time with me until I found the product I wanted. He stands above the rest of your staff and knows the meaning of customer service. He is a staff member that stays with the customer until they are satisfied with there choice and he finishes his time with them by making the sale."
