"I worked with Vin yesterday to do some troubleshooting. I wasn't a happy customer because over the last 8-9 months, I have had to call your customer service line several times. When I sign into my account I notice that the reports show NO ACTIVITY for sometimes 6-10 days. I know this isn't correct because my daughter (who has the device on her car) is driving all around California. Vin was very patient and understanding. He check everything from the servers to the sattelite (or whatever) to make sure everything was working fine systemically...and it was. He reassured me that sometimes once he sends a message to the device it takes a few minutes to respond.
I told him I'd be asking for a refund or credit on my account due to the many times when the device is basically useless to me and I was tired of spending over $30 a month for a device that gives me no information. Vin explained that the carrier was T-Mobile and if there's no service where the car is located, then maybe we wont' see activity on the device. He offered to extend my service for 2 weeks with no charge and/or give me some sort of credit. I appreciated that.

"Rush, the customer service representative was very helpful. I explained my issue to her and she took care of it. There was something going on with the overall system and she explained to me what was happening, asked if I wanted to continue waiting or if I wanted her to call me back. I choose the callback....actually I didn't think she would call back, but she did....two times. Once to explain that the system was still down and the second time, to continue to get my issue resolved and that she did. She also remained on the phone while I actually logged into my account. She answered all my questions and it was amazing customer service experience overall! I wish all businesses had reps like her.

"I ordered a Spark Nano 4.0 GPS from BrickHouse Security and having diligently followed all the start up instructions I was not getting a connection to a satellite. I called for tec help and Vin was my customer service tec. After over half an hour of diligently trying all kinds of troubleshooting it became apparent that the server from the chip in the device was not strong enough in my area to make a connection. Calling me back, he arranged for me to return my device while expediting a replacement Immediately. He was helpful and although the experience is extremely frustrating for me, Vin certainly made the disappointment acceptable and was extremely helpful. He also went above and beyond, staying on the phone with me and walking me through my product questions, and setting up my GPS connection service.
