"this was my first call for customer service since Brinks bought out Moni security. Somehow during the data transfer, the phone number associated with my name wasn’t connected in the Brinks system even though I am listed as the first person to notify. During an accidental alarm notification last week, I was the last one called. I tried to rectify this on my call. The agent kept saying I had to feed her my name, address, etc saying her computer screen didn’t have our information after she supposedly had our account pulled up. This does not give my confidence in Brinks’ ability to properly secure my property when they can’t pull up my account information on the computer. It would also be better to bring your customer service back to the United States instead of contracting it out to another country."

"The text to receive free sign requests a lot of information, including address and code word. This doesn't seem necessary for simply requesting a yard sign, and SMS is not secure. My phone number and name is really all that is needed. I made a phone call instead to request, but again so much information asked of me for an low privilege request. Why couldn't this have been available via website after logging into account with a few clicks?"

"Not good, save your money and go to Walmart and buy cameras with two way audio. It’ll save you a lot of head ache and prevent you from being slim a costly contract with primitive equipment that will fail. Also don’t even think about trying to call over the weekend or at night after you work a late shift because they’re closed..."
