"After trying to follow the trouble shooting procedure in the phone apparently for over an hour, I finally called tech support. I knew all I needed to do was reset wifi info, but the app didn't let me get there (4-5 steps into process). The equipment did not react as indicated in the guide and kept starting over. I was on hold for 58 minutes to get a tech Rep. My text was answered hours later to tell me they'd get back to me the next day. Not a very good experience."
