"The technician did a good job. The calling In was quite difficult. I could not access my computer when I initially called related to a low battery alarm on my smoke detector. Customer service apparently was not open on the weekend & I didn’t think to call technical support. I managed the multiple alarms throughout the weekend and called in during the week only to discover a very very long wait. I decided to figure out how to change this battery and did so and ran a test which indicated that all of my sensors were not operating. At that point I called in to speak to a technician: this time I left the request for a callback (which did come in a reasonable amount of time). Although there was still a wait, the technician informed me to ignore the readings on my alarm monitor because everything was fine. I repeated this several times because I found that strange and he reassured me that everything was fine and not to worry."

The next day we had to drive to Batteries Plus and pay a lot of money to buy a new battery. I guess we thought in a situation like that, a tech would have come out, found the problem and replaced the battery as part of our service.(Trying to review what I just wrote, I was unable to access it.
