"The technician did a good job. The calling In was quite difficult. I could not access my computer when I initially called related to a low battery alarm on my smoke detector. Customer service apparently was not open on the weekend & I didn’t think to call technical support. I managed the multiple alarms throughout the weekend and called in during the week only to discover a very very long wait. I decided to figure out how to change this battery and did so and ran a test which indicated that all of my sensors were not operating. At that point I called in to speak to a technician: this time I left the request for a callback (which did come in a reasonable amount of time). Although there was still a wait, the technician informed me to ignore the readings on my alarm monitor because everything was fine. I repeated this several times because I found that strange and he reassured me that everything was fine and not to worry."

"after much checking, we ended up going in MB closet, opening panel, there was a large bat.not connected to anything, then we found the other bat. and struggled mightily including getting a tool to work with before getting connections off battery. The next day we had to drive to Batteries Plus and pay a lot of money to buy a new battery. I guess we thought in a situation like that, a tech would have come out, found the problem and replaced the battery as part of our service.(Trying to review what I just wrote, I was unable to access it. I hope it did not erase itself. If so, call and I will explain.)"

"Not impressed. Monotonic was better. I may look into other alarm security companies. The sensors around my house are old from the previous owners, some are new because the technician forgot to put sensors in the living room and kitchen when I got the service, and yet I have to buy sensors now if I want to replace the old ones?"
