"It took 30 minutes of being on hold before I got a representative. It took about another 10 minutes to update my new credit card information. I made the representative repeat back the numbers and of coarse my intuition was correct... she had got the numbers WRONG so we had to redo it again. Since the amount of time it took to get to a representative was lengthy, I asked what information I needed to set up a web site account to perform tasks in the future. She provided me the some information that I would need. When she was done, I asked if I needed my account number AND her reply was of yes for sure. I then asked her to provide me my account number (to save me time). I asked her when the new credit card would be effective. She stated that it would take 1.5 months to become effective. I cannot believe that it will take that long of time. I don't have faith in this individual."

"My time spent Brinks was 11 mins due to a low battery/beeping alarm. Brinks call rep was very patient and kind to spend their time with me to walk me through to temporarily remove the annoying beeping sound and then walk me through the Instructions to change the batteries for the Low Battery Alert for the Glass Break System. Went to Home Depot, bought the short stubby battery, installed and reset. Whalla! IT WORKED!!! :)"
