"I have ordered numerous signs from this company and the signs are always delivered in a reasonable time and of good quality. HOWEVER, every email then send regarding the order connects back to them and takes over 3 minutes to update. If you want to print it there is another 3 minutes wasted, and if you want to print it to the non default printer there it goes again. It actually took over 10 minutes for me to get a printout of my order! This is the second order in the last 2 months with this problem. My email program is stuck in limbo the entire time. Even though I like their products I will be trying someone else from now on. I don't have the time to waste with my email program locked up because it is downloading from their site for over 3 minutes just because I accidentally clicked on their email."

"Absolute incompetence. Ordered a simple real estate sign. It arrived via UPS damaged. One might think it was UPS's fault, but BAS didn't have the forsight to protect the pkg. FAIL one. Customer service experience was very good and I was promised a replacement sign to be printed next day and shipped next day air.
Package arrived as promised, however, with the WRONG sign. FAIL two. Called Customer Service again had just an okay experience, but no worries, product is on the way. Package arrived as promised, however, this package ALSO HAD THE WRONG SIGN!!!!
Customer Service experience not quite so good this last time. I told them I expected a correct sign for every time they have gotten the order wrong and the rep said, "I can't just give you free stuff". Dismissive attitude. HA - as if all this wasted time and effort was FREE. Not to mention now i have these metal signs and a ton of associated garbage that I have to take care of.
Supposedly, I will receive a full refund for the initial order and supposedly, I will eventually receive a corrected sign. Seriously, not exactly rectification in my opinion. I have no faith either will happen without another call and more hassle.
Absolute garbage. WHAT SEEMS LIKE A BARGAIN REALLY COSTS 2X AS MUCH IN WASTED TIME AND EFFORT AND A SHABBY PRODUCT TO BOOT. They are getting "high cost" of product due to this reason.
Note to BAS: Customer Service is a lot more than just saying the right thing and in my case, for the 3rd incorrect order, they didn't even do that. You need to hire a customer retention expert."
"They didn’t ship the sign holders in time for delivery and they knew it. I paid for the better shipping option and called twice to make sure it was going to be delivered on time and they yes both times. Signs arrived on time but not the stands."
