"Design tool is excellent. Receive multiple "discount" prices from different Company people for same time period. They did follow up, but after order was made. Could not get information about the signage stands at the time of order, so had to buy at local Home Depot. Did not explain that there were NO quality stands available for the size of sign that was ordered--would have ordered a different sign. Was not advise of this; therefore, sign does not show well. Turn-around time is based on date sign put into production--this is only disclosed at the time of the final order--business tries to get customers to pay for "priority" production , but that is a Customer problem for not planning ahead. The quality of the coroplast material does not seem to be as strong as that from Home Depot or other sources. Design is a 5-Star other services probably a 3-Star Value."
