When I called to replace one of the items that my contractor thought was damaged, they immediately sent me a replacement only for my contractor to discover that the original one was not damaged when he compared it to the replaced piece and determined he misread the label. Contacted them to let them know of the situation and they made a notation for future reference to anyone who may order this item. Advised that I would send the replacement back once my contractor install the original one to make sure it would operate correctly. In summary, great customer service not to mention great prices!"
